STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS

OPTIONAL GLASS DECORATION:

• 1 recipe of my Homemade Strawberry Sauce

CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKE:

• 4 cups (1 pint) vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1/2 of a (6-inch) store-bought cheesecake, cut into pieces (I used a strawberry swirl cheesecake) [see notes]
• 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs* (see notes)

CREAM CHEESE WHIPPED CREAM:

• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
• 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

TOPPING:

• Crushed graham cracker crumbs
• Fresh strawberries
