Cranberry Almond Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss to make sure everything is coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
